Terms and Conditions: a) Travel to be taken only on Qantas. Confirmation will be in Business. Travel is subject to availability. b) Travel is valid only from any Qantas North American Gateway to any Qantas Australia Gateway or Auckland, New Zealand return. Travel may only be taken (and completed) between: Nov 18, 2025 and Dec 11, 2025 or between Jan 12, 2026 and Nov 30, 2026. c) No Friday departures permitted in either direction. d) Travel is valid for the segments stated above only. You can purchase additional segments through Qantas reservations at 310.726.1415. e) Travel is subject to schedule changes and may only be used on Qantas-operated services. f) This award is excluded from frequent flyer mileage credit or mileage redemption for upgrades. g) While Qantas will make every effort to confirm your reservations as requested, operational and/or market conditions may prevent Qantas from doing so. In such an event Qantas will ask your cooperation in adjusting your travel dates. h) This certificate may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party. Prize winner is responsible for all income taxes imposed on the value of the prize. k) Prize winner will be required to execute and complete a prize letter with requested flight details and an IRS W-9 form with the tax payer's identification number within 7 days from notification. This information is needed for Qantas to complete IRS Form 1099 that reports the value of the prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. I) Prize winner is responsible for securing Australian and/or New Zealand visas ahead of departure and any other incidentals and travel arrangements.
